Jeff Miles is a business coach also known to his clients as The Business Doctor and has over 30 years business experience working for several large corporation including 10 years with his own business coaching practice to businesses both in Australia and the United States.

Jeff's career began working with BHP in the North West of Australia, where he was quickly promoted to the position of management accountant in the company. In this role he was responsible for resolving problems in the day to day operation of BHP to ensure maximum output with minimal delay.

In 1988, Jeff and his wife Katrina returned to Perth to establish an employment service agency that soon flourished into company employing over 30 staff.

At the same time Jeff also founded a successful accountancy practice in Perth. Both Jeff's businesses were later sold for a profit and he took on a senior management position as the business manager for Westpac bank.

Other management positions included a role as General Manager of a 22 million T/O Advertising Agency.

Jeff utilises the skills he has acquired from several tough businesses in his career and his hands-on management experience to help other business owners grow their business by taking the systems and structures that make large business so good and applying them to small businesses. His reputation as "The Business Doctor" grew, and Jeff was soon being asked to coach a wide range of business owners of various businesses.

Most of them came to seek his help with issues such as management, profitability, operation, merger, acquisition, success planning and everything to do with business.

Today, Jeff helps clients around the world to unlock the potential of their business.

Using market-leading software and tools, Jeff conducts "Business Health checks" and provides prescription with a step-by-step action plan for business to be highly profitable.
